Delete your account
We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your MealScan AI account and all associated data at any time using the steps below.
Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open MealScan AI on your device.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and meal history are removed immediately. Active subscriptions must be canceled separately in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iOS.
Or request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, send us an email from the address linked to your account and we'll process the request within 7 business days.

What gets deleted
- ✓ Profile, sign-in identity, and email reference
- ✓ Logged meals, photos, macros, and weekly recaps
- ✓ Goals, preferences, and notification settings
- ✓ Subscription state references in our systems
What we may retain
Anonymized usage analytics that can't be linked back to you, aggregate model-training corrections, and records we're legally required to keep (such as billing records). These do not contain identifying information.
Active subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription. Cancel it separately in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
